•Cancellation Policy•
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do as soon as possible. I understand life happens to us all and things come up. Emergencies are just that and I understand! In the event that you don’t contact me to cancel or reschedule within a 24 window OR don’t show up for your appointment at all 100% of your appointment services booked will be charged to your card on file.

If you’re unhappy with a service, you have a 7 day window to contact me to discuss how I may be able to correct things! I want you to love your hair!

**I am no longer taking new child clients under the age of 10**
While I adore your children and friends, unless they are getting a service as well, I ask that you please come alone for your appointment. Our salon is a space to relax and unwind.
